I have never given anyone a review but this one is so well deserving that I just had to do it. To summerize my experience at Alinea Medical Spa has been amazing and this is all thanks to David. The way that David has cared for me since the day he did my pre-op, through my surgery, after care and post op, he made me feel like he was a family member looking after me. His kindness and patience is surpasses all expectations. He's so respectful and caring and he is just as excited for my results as I am! He deserves 10 stars for all his efforts and expertise. I would trust him with my life over and over again. I will be contacting him when I'm ready for another procedure :) Dina

I had a great experience at this clinic. From the initial consultation to the final visit, the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Everyone took the time to explain each step clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in the quality of their work and service. I recently had a perineoplasty and labia minora surgery at this facility, and I could not be happier with the entire experience—from the first consultation to my final follow-up. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I received were truly outstanding. Dr. R is an exceptional doctor with a perfect balance of expertise and a light-hearted bedside manner that instantly puts you at ease. He explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and delivered results that I absolutely love. David, the assistant doctor, was amazing throughout the whole process. He is incredibly patient, soft-spoken, caring, and thorough. His gentle approach and attention to detail made every step feel safe and supported. Morgan, the coordinator, was phenomenal as well. She was knowledgeable, organized, and always patient in answering my questions. She made scheduling, preparation, and the overall process smooth and stress-free. I am beyond grateful for this team. The care I received was top-tier, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this facility and this wonderful staff to anyone considering these procedur

Dr. Ammar is a great doctor. Very thorough with explaining procedures and goes out his way to make sure the patient is comfortable. i.e I was nervous about CO2 laser and instead of replying to my email he called me on a Saturday afternoon to walk me throw it. Dr. David as well took time during his days off to walk me through scheduled surgery. The aesthetician Jennifer is amazing as well, such a sweat heart and professional.

Alinea is great! Their space is beautiful, well decorated, and clean. Dr. Rosstin is knowledgeable and legitimately care for his patients. David is incredible and has been so helpful at every step. I had an issue with an appointment once that was frustrating, but the team was great in rectifying it, especially David. It’s a great clinic in NY and I recommend them.
