They canceled my appointment last minute and wouldn’t respond to any of my attempts to contact them the entire week before my appointment to confirm it, because I really needed to make sure I had that service done and that specific day. Email the provide is not in service and no one answered the phone. If you’re going to ignore third party bookings and then cancel them last minute, only allow booking via phone or your website. This is absolute garbage customer service and as someone in the field myself, I can’t comprehend handling new clients with such irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. Probably a blessing in disguise because usually places with bad customer service have below average skill.

Rachel is so innately gifted at what she does! I’ve never had treatments as peace filled, as high quality and as intuitively done as what she gives each and every time. Some treatments with others are mundane and leave you more depleted but with Rachel you are filled from the inside out the way she cares for you and works with what your body needs. Her demeanor is so genuinely sweet, calm and intentional, she is such a joy to be around. Can’t say enough amazing things about her but trust me you will not be disappointed and will keep coming back!

Rachel McArthur has healing in her hands! She creates a space that is safe and peaceful and then works wonders with your face and body. She has an extensive knowledge about products and is helpful in creating a plan that works. I highly recommend seeing her!
