I always have the best experience at Arlani Med Spa! Naz is absolutely amazing — so friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything. My results are perfect and natural! Her assistant Alissa was also wonderful — super sweet, efficient, and made the whole visit smooth and easy. The entire team is professional yet warm, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend Arlani and Naz if you want an injector who truly knows what she’s doing and makes you feel cared for from start to finish!

I can’t say enough good things about Arlani. I’m a regular here for eyelash extensions, and every visit is consistently flawless. I’ve also had Botox and hormone therapy, and the level of care, knowledge, and attention to detail across services is exceptional. What really sets Arlani apart is the people. Loretta, Kaila, and Rachelle are outstanding—clear, thoughtful communication, real connection, and you never feel rushed or “processed.” They actually listen, explain everything, and make you feel completely comfortable and confident in your care. The space is welcoming, professional, and calming, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re looking for a med spa you can trust long-term (not just a one-and-done visit), Arlani is it. Highly recommend.

I recently had my first treatment of Ultraclear and I was quite nervous for it. I had Madison perform the treatment and she made me feel comfortable and often checked in with me to see how I was doing. She was patient and kind and gave me her honest opinion on everything so I felt confident going into the treatment and during the treatment. She also has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions (I’ve had many) and address any concerns I might have. She’s made the process easier for me and I appreciate it so much!

She does a great job of explaining what she is doing and is personable while being professional and always gives appropriate recommendations for my skin needs. The facilities are immaculate and comfortable and Kaila is always friendly and welcoming at the front desk.
