I had the opportunity to try a new facial treatment with Stephanie Pham and Erik that would improve my skin texture and appearance. Since this was my first facial experience, I didn't know what to expect. They were very kind, professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. They listened to my concerns and used products that would work best for my skin. The office is nice and clean, all staff were friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process, each product, and it's effect. I liked that they had products that used all natural ingredients. I am so happy with the result! My skin is soft, glowing, dewy, hydrated, and smooth. My husband was also surprised of how nice my skin looked. I've also had Pico laser treatment with Stephanie before as well and it's great in removing pigmentation and beautifying the skin. I really enjoyed my experience at Artistry MedSpa and highly recommend Stephanie for any treatments.

Walking in, I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff is not only professional and highly skilled but also genuinely kind, taking the time to explain everything and answer questions thoroughly. I always leave feeling cared for, not just treated. Their pricing is outstanding — fair, transparent, and such a great value for the results. And Kim deserves a special mention: she’s warm, attentive, and her expertise is unmatched. I truly adore her and trust her completely. If you want a MedSpa that combines excellent results, compassionate care, and pricing that makes sense, this is the one.

I drive from the North Shore—sometimes over an hour each way, depending on traffic and sushi breaks along the way—just to see Laura, and she is absolutely worth it. She’s professional, skilled, and still totally down-to-earth—the kind of person you can talk to like a friend while she’s subtly turning back the clock. She gives real options and honest suggestions, never upsells, and somehow makes the whole experience fun and relaxed. The team is always friendly, and they do their best to offer discounts when they can (which is always appreciated!). I leave every time looking like I’ve had eight hours of sleep and zero stress—which, let’s be honest, is worth the drive alone. 😄 If you want someone talented, kind, and real—Laura’s your person.
