I’ve been coming to aspire for years. Amanda is wonderful we always have great conversation during my visit. She knows just what my skin needs and recommends products for home to keep me looking great in between visits. The entire aspire family is great I always feel welcome when I walk in the door.
First time here, recommended by a friend to see Jennifer. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't even close. The stars were earned by the front desk greeter and that's it. Not a single person performed hand hygiene. I kept waiting for good bedside manner occur or even a kind word or smile...never happened. Technique was subpar....lots of up selling. I was so excited for the consultation and left feeling deflated, wish I would have just stayed with who I was with before. Supposed to go back in two weeks for a follow up but I don't even want to come back.
Dr Lee and all the ladies in the office are absolutely the most amazing group of people! They also treat me like im his only patient and they give fun perks after surgeries and the office is gorgeous! I def give 5 huge stars!!! Dr Lee changed my life!!!
I chose Aspire to do my surgery and I have to be honest- I am 150% so glad that I did. The expertise, the compassion, the guidance, and the attentivness, can not be matched. There is a reason Aspire, Dr. Lee, and his team are rated so highly. Every time I met with Dr. Lee and his team they made me feel completely comfortable and heard (which is great when in such a vulnerable state of attire). I am a firm beliver you get what you pay for- and while Aspires prices were competitive; its all the extras that come with their care that is not mentioned "in the brochure" that really impressed myself, my husband, and family. Every question, every concern, every fear or anxiety, were all answered fully, with all pros and cons explained, and with no pushy agenda. For reference, I had a 6 hour long surgery consisting of multiple areas of attention. Go with the best- call Aspire.
