I cannot recommend Caroline enough. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, helps you truly understand the expected results, and never makes you feel pressured or “sold” on anything. Instead, she listens, guides, and prioritizes what is best for you.Her approach is thoughtful, honest, and incredibly skilled. I fully trust her and would never go anywhere else. Besides that the office as a whole is full of wonderful staff who are warm and welcoming. The office is bright and beautiful in a great location with great access to parking.
I am late doing this but just over 4 weeks out from my first time Xeomin treatment for forehead and crows feet, and let me say i wish I did it sooner! I was nervous because I am well known for my facial expressions and I didn’t want to lose that, but Caroline talked me through the whole process, calmed my nerves, was super supportive and gentle, extremely well educated, and will not try to upsale you on things she does not believe you need or would benefit from. I am also a nurse so she explained things to me on a nurse level which I really appreciated because I love medical grade skincare and treatments. I will be coming back for more! If you decide to go, DO IT AND ASK FOR CAROLINE!
This is my new favorite place…I met with Caroline for a consult and botox and learned SO much. She took the time to get to know me, understand my needs, and wasn’t pushy at all. She was so thorough in her work and I really felt taken care of. On top of all that, it was actually a fun experience because she’s so personable. I went to Balanced specifically for botox, but now knowing the wealth of services they offer, I plan to go back for other things. Highly recommend for anyone starting their botox/skincare/wellness journey!!
I had been a client of Caroline’s when she was located in Chattanooga. I decided to visit my friend, the best in the business, at her new location and boy am I glad I did! The office is beautiful and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Caroline is such a joy. She has the most inviting personality which makes her super easy to talk to. I think that’s such an important and often overlooked element to aesthetics. I will be traveling from Chattanooga to Balanced Aestethics for all my injection and filler needs from here on. 1000% recommend.
As a 40 year old man I did a facial for the first time in my life with Carla. I can honestly say it was the most relaxing and informative procedure I’ve ever experienced. She did an amazing job and I learned so much about my skin. I highly recommend.
