I went in the first time and loved it worked with Crystal she did amazing and we talked about further visits and what to expect. I booked my second appointment with the intent to get dermaplane and chemical peel but instead I had to fill out paper work again. I told them I had been there before that was fine I just went ahead and did it. I finally went back and she was very sweet and kind however I did not get a dermaplane/chemical peel. She kind of did her own thing. I told her that I had been there and I had talked to someone about a chemical peel and that’s what I was expecting to be done that day. She proceeded along to telling me what she was going to do. Which is fine but I think that for the price I’m paying for services they should go by what you originally signed up for but I think there was a mix up in my paper work I’m not sure but I won’t be going back.

Kim is amazing!!! She sat down with my friend and I, she educated us on each filler and which one is the best option. She educated us on how much we should get & what is actually going into my lips. I recommend her to ALL my friends interested in getting their lips done. I will post my before and after, I only got .5 but it made just the difference I wanted! 100% recommend this MedSpa!!
