Updated review 1/2/26 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect way to start the new year⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I decided to kick off the new year by trying the cold plunge and sauna experience at Beauty at the Lake before my usual monthly sugar hair removal and dermaplane—and I’m so glad I did. The receptionist showed me to a beautifully decorated private room that included my own cold plunge and an infrared medical sauna. I wasn’t sure if I’d last the full 60 minutes, but the setup made it easy to settle in. I started with a quick dip in the cold plunge, which made me appreciate the 150° warmth of the sauna instantly. I ended up finding a great rhythm: 15 minutes in the sauna followed by a brief cold plunge. It was the perfect regimen for my body. The room itself was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, a large pitcher of water, and hooks for clothes and bags. The décor created a tranquil, spa-like atmosphere that made the whole experience feel restorative and intentional. The 60 minutes went by much faster than I expected. I’ll definitely be making this part of my routine every time I visit Beauty at the Lake. Highly recommend. ********* Absolutely love Beauty at the Lake. One of the only local salons doing sugar hair removal, which is THE BEST!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you want to feel spoiled make sure to visit Beauty at the Lake.

I had the most amazing, relaxing facial today at Beauty At The Lake by Michelle Briseno! I was made to feel special the moment I walked in the door. The medical spa has such a relaxing atmosphere. Michelle made me feel so relaxed and my skin felt hydrated and nourished. The products she used on my skin felt like pure quality. My skin was glowing when I looked in the mirror. Michelle is a very knowledgeable and professional esthetician! Her passion for her profession is evident. Thank you Michelle for making me feel so special and I can't wait to see you again!

Absolute best med spa experience I've ever had! I saw Kylie for a mini lip plump and my lips look PERFECT. She also made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing, 10/10 experiences and I'll always come back here!

My daughter and I saw Rebeca today and our experience was amazing. She informed us on every step and was very comforting throughout our procedures. She took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. We will be using this business and Rebeca again.
