Michelle Bone was amazing! I have very sensitive skin and was having issues, but she was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my concerns. She carefully followed each step to make sure my skin was comfortable and cared for the entire time. She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and products and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and at ease. I truly felt listened to and never rushed. My skin was glowing afterward! Highly recommend Michelle, especially if you have sensitive skin!

I recently had my first experience with B2B and Michelle, and it certainly will not be my last. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well-informed. The staff was friendly and professional, and Michelle truly stood out. My facial was the most relaxed I have felt in years, and Michelle’s expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire experience. She thoroughly explained each step, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in her care. The welcoming, fun atmosphere made me feel right at home. I cannot speak highly enough of Michelle and the entire team—you can truly see her passion for what she does.

I cant say enough great things about B2B. The staff here is so kind and great at listening to your personal concerns and wants for treatment. They really help you tailor your skin care. The bridal package here is phenomenal! I had several facials with Claire and they were amazing. She does a great job at making you feel very relaxed and helps get your skin glowing. I loved the results of the lash set that came with. Their teeth whitening treatment really works wonders! I felt like my smile was incredibly white for all my wedding photos. I felt like the best version of my self thanks to them! I could not recommend this place more!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this Medspa and Michelle. Michelle has been incredibly kind and attentive from the very beginning. She has truly gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of.
