This is Maria and I’m using my husband account to make this review since he also spoke directly to your really disrespectful receptionist today. I am 30 years old and I have been going to this place for years to get my eyebrows done. I really like the woman who does them for me, and I usually tip her pretty well, and I spend up to $40 each time I’m here. I’ve been loyal and have never used another place. However, after the service I received on the phone today, I will not be going back here. I made an appointment today over the phone by calling for 2:15. As I was on my way, I realized I forgot my credit card and I called to ask if they took cash and the lady over the phone at the reception office told me they did. Then I left, but there was an accident on the way and there was so much traffic that I knew I would get there at about 225 to 230, so to be respectful, I called and spoke to the same receptionist and told her I would not make it on time and asked if I could push my appointment till later today or the next day. She first hesitated, which was not a friendly greeting. At first, she said nothing at all , and so I nicely said what time works best for you tomorrow ? Mind you I am the client, I should not be asking what time works best for you tomorrow, you should be asking me what time works best for me. Then she stuttered and said 130 the next day would be OK. I said thank you and to put me down for that. She paused another moment, then said in the future, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy I knew she could see my account and I knew she could see that I had been going there for years. Literally over a decade I’ve lived in Sammamish most of my life And she said very rudely to me, about that 24 hour cancellation policy, so I very rudely said back. I’ve been going here for years and I know that. She did not respond at all. She slammed the phone down in my ear. This is not a friend, family member, or anyone I know. I expected a kind level of service, nothing fancy but I do have expectations for kindness. I was extremely kind during this phone call until I wasn’t. When she hung up the phone on me like that, I called the nail place down the street and they offered to do my eyebrows for $10. And frankly, they did a great job. But I’ve been going to this place, Belviso, because I appreciated the kindness the business and I like the service. Now I will never spend money on that again and I’m sorry to the woman who did my eyebrows all these years. You did a great job and you’re a wonderful person. You do need to hire a new receptionist. somebody who does not hang up on people. somebody who has customer service. I know it’s hard to find people to work right now But that level of service is inappropriate and shows disrespect and unkindness and that’s just not ok for me. She also only said she was sorry I took it this way. Is she a narcissist? She couldn’t even properly apologize and she’s a grown woman in a customer service roll. You can make this right somehow by offering free services or you can lose a 10 year client and I’ll tell all my friends and family about this too.

It was my first time ever getting a facial and the workers were all very nice and friendly and walked me through entirely everything they were going to do to me. Very comfortable the entire time and my face is all clean now. I would recommend this place to anyone male or female in the sammamish area.

My first experience at Bel Viso was a 10/10! The salon is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, and my masseuse, Mitra, was phenomenal. Will definitely be visiting again!

Rubeye is amazing! Very knowledgeable and gave me the right treatment for my hyperpigmentation. I can really see the difference—so happy with the results!

I was greeted by Sally who made me feel welcome. I went in to have Deep Tissue Massage and Shanna did an amazing job. I haven’t had a massage for at easy 3 years and I needs it. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.
