It has been almost a year since my las5 facial and Isabella took excellent care of me. The whole experience was wonderful, relaxing and inviting. This office is very clean and organized. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to share great tips to help keep your skin looking amazing. I highly recommend that you make an appointment as see how amazing your skin can look.

The gentleman and Isabella are very kind welcoming and patient with questions asked. They don't rush or force you to get a service done. Isabella is very calm and detailed with the work she does without rushing through the treatment and does what she can to help you be comfortable during treatment. Im pleased with the service I have received from her on more than 1 occasion. Environment is kept up and staff shows gratitude for a recurring customer. I thank Allaah and thankful to the gentleman, Isabella and the rest of the staff.

I had an amazing facial today with Isabella! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel relaxed and welcomed. She explained each step of the process with care. My skin is absolutely glowing, smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. Isabella’s professionalism and calming energy made the whole experience feel like a luxurious self-care. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review for a family member who wanted to stay anonymous" "My experience with the Bella MedSpa in Dover, DE wasn't worth $150. I have been getting Lazor hair removal for nearly 10 years but my current medspa clinic is closed for renovations. The aesthetician was kind and friendly- i have no issues with the aesthetician, but the experience didn't feel like a spa experience. i walked in and purchased lazor for my upper lip and chin. i was not given a medical questionnaire prior to treatment. I am used to being asked if i take any antibiotics due to discoloration lazor hair removal can cause while being on certain medications but i wasn't asked this nor did anything medical wise seem like a concern, which is strange. My face wasn't cleaned prior to treatment and not to mention the area wasn't shaved. Also, there was no medical lamp to truly look at the area being treated- it was only looked at with the naked eye- again, strange. When the procedure was over, i was given what appears to be a baby wipe to wipe my face. That was weird- normally my face is cleaned with Puracyn and then my aesthetician applies Sunscreen on my face prior to leaving. This is not the aesthetician fault at all and i don't blame her, i think the practice is just lacking proper procedures with lazor hair removal. i unfortunately won't return."
