I've had both Sheila and Tiffany for a massage and both are outstanding. Sheila provides a deeper tissue experience if that's your want but that doesn't mean Tiffany has a light touch! I live out of town and book a massage every time I come to Cheyenne. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend Bellanova for a facial or body scrub. Rachel was out of town so I had my services completed by Rachel's sister. She talked during the entire service, often about unprofessional topics. It was not relaxing at all. My treatment was done on a tattoo chair so I wobbled back and forth during the treatment, the facial steamer ran out of water halfway through and I had to ask for it to be refilled, and the esthetician was really rough applying the products. She didn't fully remove the products either and at the end of my session she was picking flakes of one of the face masks off of my skin. I went here because I had a gift card but I would go back to Adore Day Spa in the future. I see many positive reviews for Rachel, so I would request her if you do book a treatment here. EDIT: I relayed my concerns to Jen, the manager and she immediately took care of me and helped resolve my issues. This was a really great sign in my book of a good business!

Wow! I’ve been getting facials for 13 years from all over the US . I got a facial today from Rachel and it was INCREDIBLE! I’ve never been so relaxed. My skin feels amazing !!! I also loved the face massage and arms and neck ! I’ve never had that much work done during a facial . I will definitely be going back !

My granddaughter and I went in to have a special spa day. We both had massages, facials and I had a pedicure. The service was excellent!! I was so relaxed by my facial that I fell asleep. I highly recommend Bellanova if you feel like being pampered. Amanda did my facial and my pedicure. She was excellent, I will have her do them again. Misty did my massage, this was the second time she did my massage, she was wonderful. Thank you so much.
