I have been seeing Beth since 2018 and her and her team continue to elevate their work through continued education and the team office atmosphere. Jeff makes your check in and check out very simple by having all your rewards up and ready for you when you arrive. Saving remembering which rewards program is eligible for different treatments. Beth is upbeat and makes every patient feel like they are part of her family. She will ask what you’re trying to accomplish and recommends that best meets your goal that is appears natural and safe. I happily commute an hour each way to be treated by Beth as she’s the only injector I trust with my face and you’re guaranteed to leave with a big smile on face!

This was an amazing experience. Very smooth process and made me feel very comfortable. First time ever getting a treatment and my forehead looks great. Beth is very personable and fun to get to know! Will be back

I wanted to say that I have myself an early Christmas gift but the TRUE MAGIC was actually performed by Beth and Jeff! The amazing husband and wife duo (Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus!) I COME TO BELLORA FROM SAN FRANCISCO!! Literally fly from S.F. to see the two at Bellora! I got SCULPTRA and Botox. Her MAGIC was how smooth and at ease the injections were. She had great conversations and by the time the appointment was done, I was in awe with “oh, that’s it?! We’re done?!” She puts together your profile, talks you through, takes pictures, makes you laugh and finds your treatment spots then injects with care and love! She’s the BEST!! Jeff is great! He runs the front and walks you through the payment process and does so with a warm embrace as opposed to feeling transactional (I’ve had plenty of those ‘your payment is…’ type of interactions at the end). I paid 2600 dollars for Sculptra and Botox with Beth after being told it would help regenerate collagen and reduce wrinkles in my neck. Instead my neck looks worse and I have more wrinkles now than before. I was promised results that did not happen. It is unacceptable to charge people this much money for zero or negative results and then blame the customer instead of taking responsibility. Not everyone can afford to waste thousands of dollars on treatments that do not work. This is horrible business practice. Prices are extremely high and it feels like the focus is more on personal cosmetic upkeep than on patient care. Every time I went in Beth had bruises on her own face which did not inspire confidence. People deserve honesty and ethical treatment not false promises. Any clinic that truly cared about its clients would refund people who get no results at all. I hope this review helps others and prevents them from going here because this is not OK.

Incredible experience, EVERY time! Beth is a down to earth, knowledgeable medical professional tiger who loves her clients like family and friends. I trust her consultations because her professionalism, warmness and her genuine love for the work and the space she's built! I got a hydrafacial done with Aliyah who not only provided me with an amazing facial but she naturally shared her knowledge of skin health, recommended routines and opened up about her skin journey as well. I'm 32 years old and this is the first time I've ever had a proper conversation about my skin health! Thank you Aliyah. I feel EXCITED to start a better skin journey with you by my side! She sent me off with a darling care package of serums, moisturizers and SPF while my face heals from my hydrafacial :) I received botox from Lani, who was fantastic at injecting! I hardly felt any injections, she kept a fun conversation going but knew to remain quiet when I needed to focus on relaxing my face! Her excitement for being there with me made my feel at ease. I'm coming back next month to get Sculptra - hopefully with her! I've been here a few times before but this is my first time buying product. I did the route of "Oh, I don't need to buy that stuff. I got my things at home." But after being so unsatisfied with my unhealthy and unhappy skin, having a great conversation with Aliyah and finishing up my facial---I realized, I do all this treatment but what's it worth if I'm not doing MY daily part with a great skin regimen? As I said before... I'm finally EXCITED to start my new skin journey with this ROCKSTAR team!! I got the SkinBetter Trio Moisturizer and the Alastin Gentle Cleanser. P.S - how cute are they?! They have a whole snack and drink bar for us in the front while we wait for our Bellora crew to be ready for us!
