I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Alfonso and the entire team at Bengtson Surgery Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was phenomenal so nurturing, professional, and genuinely sweet. Every interaction made me feel cared for and supported. Dr. Alfonso truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He immediately put me at ease and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. My recovery from an extended abdominoplasty has been smooth and easy, and his drainless technique made such a huge difference in my comfort and peace of mind. He has truly changed my life and helped me feel and look like myself again after having kids. I’m only 12 days post-op and already absolutely love my results I can’t wait to see them once I’m fully healed. Chelsea at Bengston is wonderful! She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain every step of the process, which I appreciated. She has a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, skincare, and the treatments she provides, and her passion for her work truly shows in her skill. The treatment was painless, quick, and exceeded my expectations. Chelsea is exceptional at what she does and I highly recommend her.

WOW! This place was amazing! The staff and Dr.Alfonso not only made me feel comfortable throughout my breast augmentation appointments but they also never pressure me on anything and made sure that my voice and concerns were addressed! In addition they made everything feel easy with the whole process! I love my results and would definitely recommend this place!

It’s been a year and five months since my surgery, and I wanted to share an honest, balanced review for anyone considering cosmetic procedures. First, the positives. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Warm, professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I always felt safe and cared for, and the facility itself is beautiful and well run. I had a mini tummy tuck, breast lift, and rhinoplasty, and I’m completely comfortable sharing that. My tummy tuck results are perfection. Truly. I have never been happier with that outcome and feel incredibly grateful for how it turned out. My breast lift, which was done to remove stretched skin from pregnancy and age, is okay. One side healed with a drooping scar that can be visible in a bikini, and there’s a small area that forms a slight bubble. It’s not dramatic, but because I model, it does mean extra effort to conceal it. My rhinoplasty is the part I struggle most with. Personally, I regret doing it. My nose looks larger than before and sharper than I expected, which feels more masculine than I wanted. I want to be clear that I’m not saying Dr. Alphonso is a bad surgeon. Many people have beautiful results with him. This is simply my personal outcome and experience. I knew the risks going in, and I chose to proceed. I’m currently consulting with surgeons who specialize in revision work and scar tissue to see what options might exist. Situations like this can feel overwhelming, especially given how expensive these procedures are. I waited a long time to do this because I wanted to feel more confident in my skin. Instead, I sometimes feel self-conscious about it, especially knowing friends and family had cautioned me beforehand. No one did anything “wrong.” The team did their jobs, and I understood the risks. But I think it’s important that people hear honest experiences, not just perfect before-and-afters. If you’re considering cosmetic surgery, my advice is simple: research thoroughly, be very specific about your goals, ask every question you can think of, and make sure your expectations are realistic. These procedures can be wonderful, but they are never guaranteed. I’m sharing this with honesty, not bitterness, and with hope that it helps someone make an informed decision.

From start to finish, everyone at the Bengtson center was fantastic, comforting, informative and kind. The clinical staff, front desk staff and the financing department were all very good with communication and patience before the procedure. On the day of the procedure, the nurses were absolutely out of this world fantastic. The cherry on top was Dr Alfonzo. Not only the perfect Amount of clinical and comforting before, during and after the procedure, but on the day of surgery was even making jokes and keeping the atmosphere light so I could stay calm. The anesthesia doctor as well was phenomenal, very comforting and informative. and every single person I came in contact at the center was above and beyond! I will absolutely be recommending not only Dr Alfonzo but the Bengtson center as well to anyone who needs recommendations.
