Thing of beauty is right. From the moment you walk into BioMedSpa in Fall River, everything about the space feels intentional and beautifully designed. The décor is modern, calming, and elegant, with so much attention to detail — from the lighting to the smallest finishing touches. The space is spotless, welcoming, and instantly relaxing. You can truly feel the care and pride that went into creating it. Fall River is lucky to have such a beautiful, thoughtfully curated med spa.
Stephanie has done my lip filler in the past and she was phenomenal! This time I went to Ciara and she is amazing! I went through 2 rounds of dissolving first. Painful but Ciara was so compassionate and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Ciara is professional, friendly, down to earth and caring. The spa is beautiful, clean, and has a very chill vibe. These gorgeous women truly LOVE what they do and it shows. I would 100000% recommend to a friend!
I got my lips done by Ciara last week and she did such an amazing job! She was so personable and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I can’t wait to see her again for the rest of my face !

I’ve been going to Stephanie for awhile now. She’s very informative, gentle and down to earth. I also got to be treated by Ciara. She’s also super nice. She took her time with me. I love my Tox! I also started taking some vitamin and NAD+ shots. Totally recommend them if you’re feeling run down. Can’t wait to go get my peel later this week.
