I was a loyal client at BloGo for almost two years, consistently seeing the same lash artist, referring multiple friends, and spending thousands of dollars. That loyalty clearly meant nothing. After 5 weeks between appointments, which has never been an issue in the nearly two years I’ve been coming, I was suddenly told my scheduled 3 week fill had to be changed to a full set for an extra $80, or my appointment would be canceled. There was no warning at my last visit and no willingness to assess my lashes in person, as had always been done before. Most of their clients are college students who go home for Christmas break for four weeks, and expecting us I guess “not” to get lashes done during that time when the lashes clearly don’t last that long! Does not make sense. This was never a problem before, yet suddenly it became a reason to drop me as a client. Instead of working with a long-term customer, management decided we were “not the right fit.” It honestly just feels like this decision was about charging more money, and that’s all that matters to them now. Policies can change, but communication, consistency, and loyalty should matter. Unfortunately, they didn’t here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and so will the friends I referred.

Dr. Bevel & Shannon were an amazing team. They listened to what I was wanting & made it happen. Shannon was comforting throughout the whole treatment and Dr. Bevel delivered incredible results. I was at ease throughout the whole treatment and conversation was super easy throughout treatment. I’m posting photos of my before & Day 1 results. I know brushing and swelling will go down but I wanted to throw in a picture so you can see how AMAZING they did. I got 1 syringe of chin filler and 1 syringe of lip filler

Ive always been one to hate mascara but always loved the look! I recently got a lash lift and tint with Laila and it was so good. Definitely will be keeping up with it and I can’t stop staring at my lashes. 10/10 this is a real review I wouldn’t steer you wrong:)

Emma, Shae and Pam took fantastic care of me and my family members when we needed to get ready for my wedding! We had a lovely time and they are wonderful ladies. They could not have been more professional.

Wells was so sweet! I had a facial and head spa with her and I loved it! It was the best facial I’ve ever had. My skin is so glowy and soft. The head spa experience was super relaxing and great for a self care day. My hair feels like silk afterwards! 10/10 recommend!
