I absolutely love Tanya she makes the process so easy with how knowledgeable she is! She walks you through everything before your first session and tells you what to do before you come and everything you need. I was 204lbs when I started and within a week I was down to 195lbs. Absolutely all around amazing experience. Tanya hits the top of the industry with cleanliness, knowledge and price. First, let’s talk about cleanliness… I have sensitive skin and always afraid of rashes and irritation, however, because Tanya takes special pride in sanitizing her facility, I have not had to worry. Second, over the years I have had dietitians over who had me reduced to eating little to nothing, and me feeling faint and weak but I still gained weight. Tanya explained the importance of eating and what protein will do to contribute to the weight loss. Also the importance of releasing because if it’s not moving out it’s hanging on. Third, her price point is perfect. She has made weight loss affordable. Within 3 weeks I went from 317 to 299. Yes, I’m starting the next session because at her prices I can keep my weight loss journey going even with me being out of work right now. You should know Tanya’s professionalism and motivation can give you the push needed to get you through every phase of the process. You will not be on an assembly line of people, in fact, build in time so that she can talk to you about what you are doing, your sleep, stress and eating habits; all the things that may need to be adjusted to get to the better you.
