Megan is incredible. I started with Botox, back in 2020 & then tried Filler for the first time this past week. I LOVE the way it turned out! She listens, is so kind & informative. She explains everything so well & makes me look so natural. She really makes the experience so nice & calming. I tried a different Medi-spa for my last Botox appointment & I quickly realized that you get what you pay for with Megan. She takes her time & wants you to be the best version of yourself. I’ll never take that for granted. ❤️

I've been going to Megan for Botox and filler for a number of years. I've been extremely happy after every visit. I'm over 60. I add that fact because Megan always keeps me looking natural. She has the talent and eye to do that. Never too much! She is extremely passionate about what she does and it definitely shows. Megan always discusses the options/products that make the most sense for my age and skin type. ❤️

I love my treatments with Megan. The 1st time I met with her she was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She wasn't pushy at all but instead helped guide me through what would work with what I was hoping to achieve. I never in a million years thought I would be someone to get injections, but I'm so glad I did and will continue for as long as I'm able. I would highly recommend Bonness if you're not happy with your aging face. I have not had treatment by anyone other than Megan, but everyone seems very knowledge and helpful. Even the women that check you in are so nice.

Horrible customer service for patients that are running behind and call in to let them know they’re running behind due to unforeseen circumstances such as Construction. As a client, I was responsible and called and left a message to let them know I am are running late do to bring stuck in traffic and on my way. Their staff calls me back and tells me, we hope you would be in our parking lot. I said I am very close. Their staff says we may have to reschedule and it depends on when you get here. I explain I would prefer not to reschedule since I have waited a long time for this appointment. I tell her I have to hang up because I am close and don’t want to make a wrong turn to be even later. She says we will see when you get here. I walk into their office one minute after I hung up. I announce I just was in the phone with someone I had an appointment for 10:30. There staff said they would have to check to see if there is enough time for the appointment. One staff member went to check and 20 seconds later a staff members says we will need to reschedule. I said don’t bother. So if you call ahead to make sure traveling 30 miles in traffic due to construction is not a waste of time and are 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule. Obviously, this business is making way too much money on women and they don’t need clients that run late. I am not that vain and don’t need to give my money to this business. I rather give my money to an accommodating business. I suggest you save yourself the stress if you are late and reschedule. But there is a cancelation fee. What an unprofessional way to treat clients with a reschedule or a cancelation fee, and They will not accommodate you whatsoever. This place Doesn’t need your business.. Go with one that will accommodate you if you call ahead and let them know you are running late do to traffic.

I have been going to Meghan for a number of years now and every time I see her for an appointment I don't even have to explain about my frustrations. She immediately gets to work placing the marks on my face for the injection sites and every single time it's perfection! She is highly capable and always reliable. Thanks!
