Butterfly Med Spa is truly unmatched. From the moment you arrive, Liz at the front sets the tone with exceptional hospitality. She is warm, attentive, and makes you feel instantly taken care of. This was my third laser appointment, and I continue to come back because the experience is consistently top tier. This visit, I had the pleasure of working with a new nurse, Jennifer A, along with Nurse Suong, and they were both incredible. The service was seamless, professional, and efficient while still feeling personal and elevated. I was in and out with zero stress and reminded once again why this med spa is my go to. I am beyond pleased and absolutely will be returning. If you are looking for luxury, results, and outstanding care, Butterfly Med Spa delivers every time.

I’ve been coming to Butterfly Med Spa for many years, and I truly appreciate Dr. Yuan and his wife, Jennifer. They’ve always provided me with honest advice and treatments that are best suited to my needs. Every time I walk into the office, I’m greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff. The spa is exceptionally clean, beautifully modern, and equipped with the latest treatment technologies. Recently, I had a Sylfirm X face treatment, and even after just one session, I noticed a real difference—my skin looked more radiant, with fewer wrinkles, especially around the eyes. My entire face felt firmer and more refreshed. Christine, the nurse who performed the treatment, was incredibly kind and professional. She clearly explained what to expect and checked in with me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Her experience and care really stood out. Over the years, I’ve seen Dr. Yuan and Jennifer continually invest in the latest technology to ensure their patients receive the most advanced and effective treatments. Their commitment to staying current, while keeping prices fair and accessible, truly shows how much they care. It’s this dedication that keeps me coming back. Butterfly Medical Spa is the place to go if you want an amazing, welcoming, honest and a caring staff with experienced providers. I was made to feel comfortable before the procedure with honest answers to all my questions. Any concerns I may have had in regards to during the procedure were promptly addressed shortly afterwards to include direct contact with the doctors. I felt a genuine sense of caring and diligence that you do not get at most places with similar services. I highly recommend Butterfly Med Spa if not for anything else their caring and honest behaviors with me as a patient. Thank you so much!

I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 24 (when I was living in other areas I went elsewhere out of necessity). The front staff is communicative and accommodating. Both injectors are wonderful, too. They take their time and explain exactly what they’re doing, and they also err on the more cautious side so as not to overdo it, which is very important to me as I prefer a natural look. This past time, they got me in quickly for a touch up I needed before my wedding, which is in just a week. They were generous and went above and beyond. Their care and customer service ended up offsetting another really poor experience I had at a separate place as part of my bridal prep, and I’m grateful I have a place I can return to (and rely on) time and time again!

We’ve been coming to Butterfly Spa since moving to the East Coast in 2016. Over the years, we’ve followed them through a few locations around Rockville, and their professional, caring service has remained consistently excellent. We highly recommend this medical spa!
