The stars I gave are solely for the great customer service and friendliness during the appointment itself. Unfortunately, my experience after the procedure was extremely disappointing. I developed complications following the procedure, and almost a month later my skin still has visible scarring. I am unsure why the reaction occurred or why healing has taken so long, especially since I have had this same procedure in the past with zero complications. I also had to spend my holidays with excessive scarring on my face, despite timing the procedure well in advance specifically to allow for proper healing before traveling. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up and communication. I reached out multiple times by phone, email, and text to both the provider and the institute and never received a response or any support. I ultimately had to seek outside help to address the complications. Because of the poor communication and lack of post-procedure care when I needed assistance, I will not be returning. My issue is not with the in-office experience or staff demeanor, but with the absence of support after a procedure when complications arose.

I just had a consultation today, not a treatment yet, but Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to me in great detail, took her time, answered a ton of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt like I could’ve stayed longer and asked more questions. Michelle was super knowledgeable, there was no sales push, I just felt very welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely be back for treatment and would recommend this place to others.

This was my second session with Michelle and I tried Laser Genesis, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. As a new client, I felt so taken care of—Michelle is incredibly warm and down-to-earth, and she made the whole experience super easy. She explained everything clearly, prepped my skin, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. After the treatment, my skin felt so smooth—I even got a few compliments, which never hurts! But what really stood out was being able to talk with Michelle about my skin overall. She helped me think through a routine that actually makes sense for me and what my skin needs long-term. Everyone at CA+LC is lovely. They’re not just doing the service—they really care and go out of their way to share helpful tips and suggestions. It all feels super thoughtful and personal. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I started exploring filler a few years ago. I'd had one good experience in Chicago, but then I came across a friend's IG shout out and recommendation for Michelle German. I loved her style and her wealth of knowledge and experience honing her craft. I booked immediately and never looked back. Michelle is the truth. What I love the most about working with her, is that she's an artist - no doubt about it! The work I get done is super subtle. She takes her time and crafts the perfect amount of filler to enhance and balance, but not overpower. Also, I've learned this is an art form that evolves...my first time was with an old school practitioner and though it was really good, there were better, more efficient, faster healing ways to approach it. Michelle keeps up with the innovation! She is talented, kind, absolutely gorgeous [which is important] and is forever growing with the industry!
