I have been visiting Cayce monthly for almost seven years. I cannot recommend their services enough! The team is outstanding- from Beth at the front desk at check in to Jess who will work with you one-on-one to meet your individual skin care goals. I appreciate how many specials are offered, that new services are explained and that the office environment is always fun and engaging!

I have been a patient of Cayce Dermatology for years. Since 2024, I have been seeing Vanessa at the Medical Spa. I love the results I see with the DiamondGlow. Highly recommend!

My experience at Cayce Medical Spa has been great! All of the ladies who work here are wonderful. I was nervous to come in because I’ve been neglecting my skin for awhile, but Jess made me feel very comfortable and helped me make a plan to start making improvements.

I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on ipl and kybella with no results. After two rounds of kybella, around $2000, there was absolutely no difference in the before and after pics. I then had an IPL treatment For around $600, with no results. I called the office and informed them and was told to come in to talk about what could be done. I skipped a shift at work to make this appointment assuming they would do some spot treatments and make things right. When I got there I was told I would have to pay for the procedure again at a higher cost with no guarantee of it working! I informed them I had this treatment performed 10 years ago with excellent results. This makes me wonder if they use lower settings. After spending thousands of dollars I thought they would’ve done a couple of spot treatments at a higher setting at no extra charge to see if it would work for me. I would’ve given them one star but Beth is extremely kind so I went ahead and gave them two. Update/response: I have very little sun damage and have always taken very good care of my skin. I never go outside without skin protection and came into your clinic to take care of a few light spots. I was told I would see a difference with a kybella after a few treatments I was never told 59% of the people don’t see a difference unless they have six treatments. I would never agreed to pay $8000 for kybella treatments if I knew that. It would’ve been very simple for you to have corrected this with a couple of spot treatments at a higher setting on my areas of concern but apparently customer satisfaction is not a priority.

The staff is so nice. They do a great job of greeting you and getting you checked in. I have done Botox and fillers and have been very satisfied. I have an appointment for the first of May and have been going since 2020 and I will continue using their services. Highly recommend Cayce Med Spa!
