I had the best experience with Dana at Charleston Medical Spa! She did my lip filler and Botox and absolutely nailed it—full, balanced, and still very natural, exactly what I was hoping for. Dana took her time, really listened to what I wanted, and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. That level of care, consistency, and trust is exactly why I keep coming back to her. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I’m obsessed with my results and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend Dana!

I have been going to Charleston Med Spa for a few years and every time I leave, I am so happy with the results. The professionalism and kindness from the staff always makes it a great experience. Maggie does the best lash lift I’ve ever gotten and Emily did a perfect job with my lip filler. Definitely recommend this spa for anyone looking to try something new!

We walked in and were immediately impressed! It smelled so wonderful in there and the vibe was completely calm and comfortable. After filling out paperwork, we were greeted by Taylor. She spent about 10 minutes with each of us going over our goals and our options. She was veryknowledgeable and extremely approachable. We loved her ! I was so impressed that I decided that I would have my first procedure right then and there. It was exactly as she explained. It was painless to me. I cannot wait to see the results within two weeks! I highly recommend.

I’m so happy I came here! This is by far the absolute best med spa in all of Charleston. Please do yourself a favor and check it out!!! I have been wanting lip filler for YEARS and finally decided to have it done. I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. I did not have much of an upper lip before and the filler looks soo natural! I could not be more grateful! They are transparent about pricing and they do have monthly specials. I will definitely be back to get a few skin treatments before my upcoming wedding!
