Amazing service. I truly had such a fantastic time with my laser hair removal. Everything was explained and it was a fundamental experience. I will definitely be going back again. The machine worked well against my hyperpigmentation. 100/10 experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming.

Bought a laser hair removal package, I saw 3 different people for each visit and every visit was very much unlike the last. My last visit I arrived on time and no one showed up. I waited 20 mins, emailed, called. When I received a call back from someone she said the provider must have gotten tied up with his other businesses and told me the spa didn't open til 10 (my appt was at 9) and that they must have done something special for me. But I didn't ask for anything special! Just said I needed a Sat. The person I spoke to squeezed me in with her that day which was nice, but I already have a ton of regrowth. I had wanted to buy a new package and she was supposed to call me to discuss but never did, so I will find somewhere else that keeps appts and hopefully is consistent in the treatment being provided.
