5 Stars I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had at CiaoBella. I’ve been through a series of treatments recently—starting with a deep laser session and returning for Radiesse full-face filler, tox, and a lip flip—and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. The owner, Star Cooper, is an absolute dream professional with 20 years of experience, and I trust completely with my care. She has a way of making the entire day feel like a luxury pampering session—light, fun, and focused on you. It’s also a huge plus that the spa is so well-staffed. Between the Spa Manager, their aesthetician, lash technician, masseuse, and their electrolysis, the place runs like a well-oiled machine. I was constantly asked if I needed anything and was offered; cold compresses, blankets, heated pads, drinks and snacks throughout my day of treatment. Plus the knowledge of extra hands being present during my treatments was extra reassuring. It’s a relief to go somewhere where the staff actually knows what they’re doing; it’s a high-end experience without any of the stuffy attitude. The results are stunning. I look like myself, just 100% better—well-rested, younger, and completely refreshed. I am so happy with this natural look, and I’m already looking forward to my follow-up appointment! Definitely Recommend!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Star! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge about skincare are truly unmatched. She takes the time to understand your skin’s needs and creates treatments that leave your skin glowing and refreshed every single time. Not only is Star incredibly talented, but she also genuinely cares about her clients and their confidence. You can tell she is passionate about what she does, and it shows in her results. My knees used to sound like haunted popcorn, each step a tiny existential crisis. Thanks to CiaoBella and Star Cooper, they now move like they’ve been bribed with chocolate. Stem cells went in pain-free—and suddenly stairs are just mildly annoying instead of instruments of torture. Star’s also been helping me with my weight loss, which means my knees aren’t carrying decades of my poor decisions on top of my actual body weight. Walking up stairs no longer feels like a death march—it’s more like a begrudging truce with my own skeleton. Five stars. I’d let her stab me again, and probably write a thank-you note afterward. My knees thank you Star!

Ciao Bella is an amazing med spa owned by the wonderful Star! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. They offer a great range of services, from laser treatments and Botox to fillers and skincare. You can truly tell how much care and expertise goes into everything they do. Highly recommend!
