Coco Med Spa is the best! They are so professional and helpful with explaining every procedure and service. I had the most relaxing facial with Alyssa! You can tell she truly cares for her clients! She listened to my skin care questions, and explained the best plan for my skin. I also had Botox with Amy. She was so helpful and told me exactly what I needed for my problem areas. They both made my visit enjoyable and relaxing! I highly recommend Coco Med Spa!

Amy at coco med spa is truly special. She runs a business around honesty and integrity. I have been seeing her for years for injections and she is always advising me on what would work best for me , not what would increase my bill. She rakes a very natural approach, which is greatly appreciated.

I love Coco Medspa!! Have been going to Halley for facials for the last 6 months and she has been incredible. I have seen such significant improvements after consistent appointments with her! Today I had my first tox appointment with Amy and she and the girls at the front desk were welcoming as always! Amy was great at answering all my questions during my consultation and was both knowledgeable and comforting. Piper and Katie worked the front desk today and helped me book future appointments to keep pampering myself before my upcoming wedding. They are always so helpful in getting me set up with a time that works best with my schedule. More than that, they are always happy to greet you and make you feel right at home when you walk in. Thank you CoCo Medspa for all you do!

I love Amy, Hailey & the rest of the staff too much to gatekeep this gem. I drive from Nokomis to St. Pete to see Amy, and as I was advised by my aesthetician 6 years ago, I “do whatever Amy says.” She is a double gator 🐊, brilliant, HONEST (I have asked for x/y/z at various appointments over the years and she is honest if I do not need it. I challenge you to find an injector who will not shoot whatever you want into your face in South Florida) and achieves natural results time after time. I cannot recommend Cocomedspa (especially the Beauty Bank membership!) highly enough 💓

I’ve been going to Coco Med Spa for years and can’t recommend them enough. Amy is an incredibly talented injector who truly cares about her work and the quality of her results. She’s always investing in continuing education and staying up to date on the latest techniques, which is so important when you’re trusting someone with your face. Her attention to detail and passion really show. The front desk team is just as awesome. Piper and Madelyn are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you, and Summer, the office manager, is incredibly accommodating and always makes every visit feel seamless. If you’re looking for Botox, filler, facials, or any aesthetic treatments, Coco Med Spa is hands down the place to go.
