Another absolutely incredible experience at Confident Medspa… I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. I had a skin consultation with Kara, and wow. She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. I learned more about my skin in that appointment than I ever have before. She took the time to really assess my skin, explain what was happening, and walk me through a treatment plan that felt completely customized to my skin and my goals — not a one-size-fits-all approach. I left feeling informed, confident, and excited about my skin journey. Then I had a Hydrafacial with Madison, and it was pure bliss. Not only did my skin look and feel amazing, but she went above and beyond with the experience. While I was under the red light therapy, she gave me a hand and arm massage that was so relaxing — such a thoughtful, elevated touch. Madison was warm, attentive, and made the entire treatment feel luxurious and calming. Confident Medspa continues to exceed every expectation. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. ✨

I had a great consultation with Karra at Confident Med Spa in Seabrook. I initially came in to talk about jaw tension and some changes I’ve noticed in my skin due to weather and air conditions. They did a complimentary face scan and Karra explained the results in detail, taking the time to answer all of my concerns thoroughly. We talked through different treatment options, and she confidently answered all of my questions about treatments, frequency, pricing, and aftercare without making anything feel overwhelming or pushy. After our consultation, she also gave me a tour of the med spa, which was a really nice touch. I shared that typical toners and exfoliants like Paula’s Choice and Medicube products hadn’t been helping, even after months of consistent use, and I wasn’t seeing any real improvement. Karra was able to recommend an exfoliating polish from ZO Skin Health that’s strong enough to clear dead skin and hopefully help minimize texture. I already scheduled my next appointment to officially start my skin journey and can’t wait! Overall, I felt listened to, informed, and confident in her recommendations. I’m really glad I came in and would absolutely recommend consulting with Karra.

Deanna is the LITERAL best! This is my second time with her and I absolutely love her! I got lip filler and I am going back for my 2 week check up and then more Botox with Deanna. She’s so welcoming and it genuinely feels like you are catching up with a girlfriend when you’re with her while also knowing you’re in good hands. Can’t say enough about my experiences with her.

As someone who has always been super minimal when it comes to my skin I was a little nervous that I’d be over my head in a med spa. Everyone is so lovely and patient. They really take the time to talk to you about their offerings without pressure or upselling. The staff is amazing and the space is so relaxing. I’ve made a few minor adjustments with my skin care routine using their product line plus a hydrofacial and I’m already seeing and feeling a huge difference in my skin hydration and texture. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing facial with Madison and couldn't be happier with my experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was so calming and welcoming. Madison was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable for my first ever facial. My skin feels fantastic, and I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend!
