Shannon is incredible. She is not only a super sweet and fun person, but she is highly skilled. I went to her with asymmetry from previous lip filler and she corrected it beautifully, which I know can be a challenge. It’s only the day after, but I can already see the difference. I barely had any swelling, no bruising, and the procedure was entirely painless. I’m someone who swells and bruises easily, and I’ve experienced severe pain and swelling from fillers in the past. I’m not sure what kind of magic she does, but if you’re thinking about booking with her.. just do it! You won’t regret it. I will be going to Shannon for all my future cosmetic needs. Would highly recommend!

In my 13 years of receiving cosmetic injections, Shannon is by far the best injector I’ve ever seen. I was visiting Missoula from Bend, Oregon, and kept seeing rave reviews about her precision and eye for detail both online and in local Facebook groups. On a whim, I decided to book a lip filler touch-up, and the results exceeded every expectation. Shannon didn’t just enhance my features she truly made me look like a younger, more refreshed version of myself. We did some facial balancing with hyaluronic acid fillers and refined my lips in a way that looks completely natural yet beautifully elevated. Beyond her technical skill, Shannon is incredibly personable and takes the time to explain details that no other injector has ever mentioned to me. The experience itself was comfortable, educational, and genuinely enjoyable. I’m now seriously considering making an annual trip back to Missoula just to see her because this was hands down the best aesthetic experience I’ve ever had.

I regularly visit Crafted once a month to get my B12, eyebrows and dermaplaning done and each time I am met with professionalism, smiles and all around amazing customer service. Rosie and Shannon are my go to gals but you can’t go wrong with any one of their employees. I highly recommend Crafted!

Shannon at Crafted is the BEST injector! She is so sweet, takes her craft seriously, great at explaining options and makes sure you feel supported and get the result you want. Cassie is THE brow girl and does amazing facials. She really makes me feel my best. I won’t let anyone else touch my brows. Rosie is an amazing esthetician. One of the best extractors and knows how to make you feel 10/10. She gives great info and helps you keep your results at home.

Cicily is so knowledgeable and I feel so safe in her hands. The entire vibe of Crafted is welcoming and approachable and everyone seems like a genuinely kind human. Im very happy with the services I have received there. There are no pretentious airs at Crafted—everyone is just real—and that alone has earned them my loyalty. Lots of ways to splurge but they are transparent about budget friendlier options also which I respect.
