Dermatology Associates of West Michigan exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the office felt calm, welcoming, and well organized. The nurses and staff were outstanding—professional, kind, and clearly confident in their roles. Dr. Eileen Axibal was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and well explained. The Mohs process was conducted incredibly efficiently, and it was obvious that every person involved knew their job and worked seamlessly as a team. This level of care, coordination, and professionalism is rare. I’m extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Dermatology Associates of West Michigan to anyone seeking top-tier dermatologic care.

I am blessed to be in the care of Dr. Bedford. She is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. She is kind and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I have presented some unusual factors to her and she is following my care every step of the way. When I see her she has already gone over my chart and notes from my other doctors. She and her nursing staff work together seamlessly and I always leave knowing I have received the best of care.

I have been seeing Dr Dapprich and I can not recommend him highly enough. He is very knowledgeable but one of his best traits is that he willing listens to you. He doesn’t try to rush you and when he asks you a question it’s so he can fully understand what you’re talking about proving that he actually listened to you. My condition isn’t an if it easy fix and I have seen some other specialists in different fields who didn’t have answers and weren’t interested in helping me. Dr Dapprich was different he ordered more testing and would like me to consult with a different kind of specialist, I am feeling better knowing he trying to find a diagnosis is in my corner pointing me in the right direction.If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor I recommend you call him

Building location is perfect, parking is always close! Every doctor (Cahill is ours) or PA we have seen are beyond friendly, fast yet thorough and you get what you came for! They listen to what YOU want as a patient and take time to explain. Never waited longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room either. Love this office!

Dr. Hooey is amazing, very professional, thorough yet warm and approachable. Explains what she is doing throughout the appointment and always asks if I have any questions. Staff is equally friendly and welcoming. I feel as though I am in excellent hands with Dr.Hooey.
