Needless to say, I had a HORRIBLE experience with DFW MEDICAL SPA and especially with Trish! This was the first time to use filler on my lips . A few days after the injections I noticed my lips were terribly "LUMPY and UNEVEN. I contacted Trish, she advised me to give it a couple of weeks, I did and it was still lumpy and uneven. She informed me she wasn't going to repair my lips and offered to refund $75 out of the $375 I paid her, I was not happy to say the least, I told her I had zelle not venmo, she sent it venmo anyway. As of date my lips are not repaired and no refund. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the way I have been ignored, treated and her dishonesty!! I would consider other alternatives and locations before trusting your future beauty with DFW MEDICAL SPA Coĺleyville and Trish!
Trish does amazing work with terrific results. She is a professional and her expertise is very obvious. I enjoy my visits both socially and professionally. She is the best in the area. I highly recommend her Spa.
This lady is the real deal. She is honest, quick and efficient. She will not sell you anything she doesn't feel that you need. I love going to Trisha for all my facial and skin care needs! She is truly the best! Her new associate Megan is also just as wonderful! She works fast and efficient and makes sure her work is good before you leave. I’m looking forward to seeing my true results in a week or so.
Love this place! Trish is amazing! Very down to earth & fun but also willing to give honest feedback & recommendations on taking care of your skin. Plus they're very reasonably priced & always running specials. I've visited a lot of spas & salons & this is the only one that's kept me coming back. ❤
Trisha is wonderful! She’s honest with you about what your skin needs, and never tries to “sell” you on treatments. I drive from Richardson to see her every month — she’s completely worth it!
