I had such an amazing experience at Diamond Laser Spa in Richmond! I went in for both a facial and laser hair removal, and from start to finish everything felt professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Nahida, who does the laser treatments, is incredibly helpful and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Sarah, their master esthetician, did my facial and was absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. She really focuses on your comfort and overall experience, checking in throughout and tailoring the treatment to your skin’s needs rather than doing a one-size-fits-all approach. If you are nervous about treatments, for whatever reason, this is truly the place to go. I felt heard, cared for, and left feeling relaxed and glowing. Highly, highly recommend Diamond Laser Spa

Truly such an incredible experience!! Nahida is so professional and extremely knowledgable. Their service is INCREDIBLE and I left without any reaction or discomfort which is a very big deal for me because of my sensitive skin and eczema. Nahida knew exactly what I needed and helped make me feel comfortable and went beyond my expectations. This family owned business is luxurious and they are so kind and helpful. Highly recommend coming here!!

I’ve been seeing Nahida for laser hair removal with 6 sessions throughout the last year, and it has truly been the best decision I have ever made! She is very educated, thorough, and makes you feel comfortable during each visit. Diamond Laser Spa has the most modern, effective equipment, and I saw significant improvement after just 1 session! I’ve also had a facial with Sarah, and she is so kind and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my skin better and I can’t wait to continue my skincare journey with them in 2026! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m a male that used to have VERY thick facial hair. I’ve been coming to Diamond Laser, and it’s the only place I will go for my laser hair removal. Everyone is extremely kind, diligent, and professional. It’s very easy to schedule appointments. The best part is how effective the laser is. I get many compliments on my skin, because it looks so much better now. I barely have to shave, because the results have been amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I think when you research, compare it to other places, and then try coming here yourself, you will see why it’s so amazing! Thank you! :)

Sarah truly provides the best facial experience in Richmond, I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about active ingredients and knows what your skin needs. It’s rare to find someone who perfectly balances deep relaxation with genuinely effective treatment, but Sarah does exactly that. On top of it all, her pricing is very reasonable for the level of expertise and care she provides. I’ll be coming back again and again.
