I’ve had a few appointments now with Nurse Steph. One to get lip filler dissolved and the other as a model for a new product, Radiesse. Let me just say, she has the most gentle and supporting touch. To anyone that has had filler dissolved in the lips, knows it can be quite uncomfortable- I’ve literally never been more comfortable during. She’s reassuring and very precise. My experience as a model for her was so incredible. Right from the get go, the facility is so inviting and cozy. The trainer was incredible and the rest of the staff were so friendly. To watch her sit and immerse herself into the science behind the product to truly understand it is beyond comforting. She wants to learn and grow as a provider and she proves that time and time again. Her eye to see asymmetries and volume deficiencies in the treatment area (my face) is unmatched. Learning and seeing first hand how the product sits and performs while maintaining a clean treatment surface and assessing for complications is no easy challenge and she doesn’t very throughly. She is very concerned about your safety and comfort and asks often how you are doing and provides reassurance. Her ability to deliver beautiful and natural results far exceeds many injectors in the industry. She is literally the sweetest, most gentle human I have ever met who is incredibly passionate and skilled at what she does. I literally could not recommend her enough. She is a gem in the industry and I have no doubt that she will go forward and succeed in what she does. I could not recommend her and Dorset St Derm enough. ❤️

I was an existing patient here. I called late December and was told they only had 1 provider and were booked out until March 2027. That’s crazy to me and would have been helpful to know. I will need to find another practice now.

Horrible customer service experience. It took several phone calls, and long wait times to get an appointment 4.5 months out. Then upon arrival they say I am 9 minutes late for an appointment which I never would have booked an 8:10 appointment in the morning. My appointment was stated to be 8:30, they asked to reschedule me as provider couldn't see me. No thank you. It seems you do not have flexibility or good customer service skills and focus.

As a long time patient of this practice I was disappointed at the changes once the practice sold and would not recommend to anyone. Nebulous billing practices, overwhelmed staff and long wait times for appointments are just a few of the experiences to be had should you choose Dorset Street Dermatology. The practice manager is combative responding to the most basic of questions in a adversarial manner with no interest in servicing clients. I am no longer able to trust in the services they offer and have happily gone elsewhere.

Front desk service was good; intake person was very good and empathetic; took info. Then it went downhill. I was seen by a PA who was in a big hurry. Was dismissive of my information and told me I was wrong about then marks on my body. I was told they were from age...and the ichy skin is also a result of age. I was given a coupon for mosturizer that can be purchased at a discount store! I felt humiliated. My problem still exists and I have to find a REAL DR now. Very disappointing experience.
