I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Sarah Mess and her team. I had a breast implant exchange to correct negative results from a previous surgeon in California, which left me scared to move forward with surgery for years. After five years, I finally felt ready, and choosing Dr. Mess was the best decision I could have made. From my very first consultation to now, two weeks post op, this has been such an amazing experience. Dr. Mess truly listened to my concerns, understood my fears, and made me feel confident and safe every step of the way. I am already in love with my results, and my recovery has been an absolute breeze. The entire staff is incredible. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and they genuinely make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Even the OR staff was amazing. They were kind, reassuring, and made a situation that could have been scary feel calm and positive. I am so grateful for Dr. Mess and her entire team. They fixed what was once a very traumatic experience for me and turned it into something empowering and healing. Biggest shout out and thank you to all of you. I truly could not be happier.

Dr. Mess and her team are kind, caring and incredibly competent. They are up to date on the latest in surgical and medispa treatments. I recently had an UltraClear laser treatment. While intense, the team kept me comfortable! They followed up daily to make sure I was healing properly. Their level of empathy and kindness in addition to their technical expertise is unparalled. I highly recommend Dr. Mess to all my friends.

Absolutely adored my experience at this center. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice and friendly. And reaching out to them was so easy with the texting options, felt like I was almost texting a friend with how nice they were. The consult was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. Justina was the assistant who helped with the consult, again she was wonderful. Then at my day of procedure the assistant who helped me (I wish so badly I could remember her name) was also super kind and told me everything she was about to do before she did it, she was very experienced in the medical field. Patrick the anesthesiologist was also incredibly informed. He came in and told me everything I should be aware of and also gave me an explanation of what to expect in the days after my surgery. They both made me feel so much less stressed! Additionally, Haley (who I think was the financial coordinator) was also a saint, helped me find the best time for my procedure and broke down every cost I needed to pay (she was also one of the prettiest woman I’ve ever seen in my life lol). And of course Dr. Mess was also awesome, during my consult she gave me a ton of options and advice in order for me to figure out exactly what outcome I wanted for my procedure. And I’m so excited to see how my results turn out in a few months. Needless to say, if you want any kind of plastic surgery I cannot, CANNOT, recommend this office enough. Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Dr.Mess is amazing ! She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. The entire staff was really nice during my visit. Dr.Mess and her staff encouraged me to download an app during my visit (I can’t remember the name but they have the QR scan code in the office). The app has promotions and discounts. I was so happy that the app gave me $$ off of my Botox service. I am also very happy with my results , TMJ pain is gone for now ☺️. I will be a returning patient, as she also offers chemical peels and other aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Mess and her staff are the absolute best. Everyone is friendly and caring. They all want you to have the best experience ever. I had surgery in June, and have no complaints. The results are better than I expected, and any questions or concerns I have are addressed immediately. I don't have to wait days to get a response like other surgeons. I can send a text and have a response within hours. I will be going back for another surgery, and plan to have other procedures done in the future.
