Super friendly staff very knowledgeable worked with me on my goal and never tried to upsell me which was great. Love the before and after photos they take. It pin points your problem areas so no guessing at what they are. Just just a great place. I would like to add,upfront I knew there was a $75 deposit. This is a normal practice within the industry and it goes towards your purchase. No hidden agenda. Highly recommend Dunes.

I cannot express how happy I am with this experience! I went to another local med spa previously and did not achieve the desired results I was expecting, and they did not last- I could not even tell that I had Botox done, I felt as though I wasted money on the procedures, so I was hesitant to try another. I am so glad that I did. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. The “bedside” manner is phenomenal. The procedures and options were explained in great depth to me with patience and understanding. Today is only the 1st day, so I still have swelling from my lip filler/ Botox lip flip, but I am so in love with the results that were achieved today! I know that ultimately the swelling will go down, but I love how it turned out!!!!! I would highly recommend coming here for your needs. I was really impressed by the cool technology that they have to scan your face, giving a breakdown of problem areas. It was really interesting to see. Thank ya’ll so much! I feel beautiful for the first time in a long time and I am so in love with my results! I will definitely be back, you have gained a loyal client! ❤️ I am so grateful for the flawless execution of these procedures!

Erica is amazing 🤩 We sat for a while and discussed treatments and options for what I was looking for. She explained everything about PDO threading and during treatment let me know what she was doing and how I might feel. She gave thorough instructions for post care. I was having some pinching 2 weeks after. I was seen and she just needed to manipulate the area to fix my problem… it was simple and didn’t hurt. I decided to do some Botox since I was there. She was gentle and quick. The staff are friendly, professional and prompt to respond with any questions, concerns or scheduling. Thank you Amanda and Noel for all your help!

Everyone at the office was very nice and welcoming. I had never had a facial scan before and the doctor was very thorough and informative. not to mention the price was great!! It's nice to know I won't have to shop around for good deals all the time now and find somewhere that I'm comfortable at. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and thank you so much!!! 😁😁😁

White glove experience and care. These professionals are my people. I needed extra attention with lots of questions on my treatment and cost and was handled eloquently from each person from the front desk to the doctor. Erica is an artist, she was able to complete what I needed with wayyy less product and pokes to any of the injectors I had in Boston. She is gentle and very caring, it was an amazing experience and I was emotional and nervous and she didn’t think anything of it. These are the types of humans you want supporting your journey.
