I met with Kacie for an intake visit today, and I felt so comfortable, cared for and heard. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming. I look forward to returning and feeling better overall!

Having just moved to Billings I was not at all sure where to go, but Nickole and the ladies at Elan are wonderful. Not only did I receive a top-notch therapeutic massage, I also got a tour of the facilities and will definitely be going back. The atmosphere is professional but also relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend.

Kacey and team are always professional and kind! When you consult with them, they will tell you honest feedback and not just do a treatment you want if it isn’t in your best interest. 10/10 recommend again and again!

I can't express how comfortable I felt with all the staff that I encountered at Elan! Kacie was amazing as well as Sara. They make you feel heard and less insecure and get down to the root of the problems. I highly recommend Elan!!

I drive all the way from Bozeman to Billings just to go to Elan Med Spa for hormone pellet therapy—and it’s absolutely worth it every time. The patient experience is refreshingly amazing from the moment you walk in. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about your comfort and well-being. I always leave feeling heard, cared for, and confident in my treatment. Highly recommend!
