My whole family has been going to Dr. Cook for many years. He is now even seeing my mother and grandchildren! I recently started going for facial hair removal at ELE'VI and it is really making a difference! He is a wonderful, smart, and compassionate doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for the real deal! I love his staff and the place is beautiful and new. I wish him all the BEST!!

I have been going to Dr Cook for 20+ years. If all doctors could be like Dr Cook our healthcare system would be much better off. He truly cares about his patients and I have never felt like I was being rushed out of his office. He always takes as much time as you need to answer all your questions to your satisfaction. I have been getting HRT for the last several years and it has been life changing. Recently I had hair replacement therapy with exosomes. With menopause I started loosing my hair. This therapy has been amazing. It really works. This has been a huge self esteem boost. Thank you Dr Cook for the amazing work you do. The entire staff here is next level. They are friendly and make you feel at home. You can not go wrong going to Ele'vi. I highly recommend.

Started a few months ago with Dr Cook and received shots of Exosomes for tennis elbow and golf elbow, They have worked very well, the pain is gone. We later discussed HRT and I started on the pellet which has made me feel so much better in many ways. The staff is very professional, Dr Cook really listens and takes the time to explain the options and the procedures. I highly recommend his office. I’m very pleased with them.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cook for years, and we’ve referred many friends because he is truly one of a kind….kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an amazing listener. He takes his time with each patient and always goes above and beyond because he genuinely cares. Since he opened ELE’VI, I’ve had laser treatments with Dr. Cook to remove age spots and sun damage on my chest in preparation for our son’s wedding, followed by a series of treatments with Brecken. My skin is now smoother, more even-toned, and truly younger looking!!! Brecken also did a microdermaplaning before the wedding, which made my makeup glide on beautifully and gave my face such a fresh, smooth “glow”. Dr. Cook is truly my partner in healthcare, and I couldn’t recommend him and the ELE’VI team more highly!!!

I have been receiving HRT treatments from Dr. Cook for a few years and it has made a huge improvement in my energy and mental clarity. After I discussed my reservations with HRT, Dr. Cook's gentle, knowledgeable approach won me over. Aging can be done gracefully! Dr. Cook does his research, he cares and he really listens. I trust him and would highly recommend his care (and HRT) for health and longevity. He's been a gift to me and to my family!
