I ordered a laser hair treatment package on Groupon. I had my 1st session a week ago, and I know that I would not see any results for a while but I feel I had to write this review as I feel cheated somehow since I had NO SHEDDING AT ALL (wasted session). Staff is super friendly, it’s clean and well maintained. My tech was very nice and I was very comfortable. The process was quick and easy but the machine used wasn’t working properly and the tech still went ahead with session. The cooling system was down (not working at all) so I am assuming she used the lowest setting to reduce discomfort and pain. I will update this review after the other sessions and see if I just wasted money or not

From the moment you walk in, you feel pampered and cared for. The staff is truly beautiful—warm, welcoming, and ready to assist you with anything you need. I had the privilege of being helped by the best phlebotomist in the world. I was extremely dehydrated and no blood was coming out at first. She patiently gave me a couple of cups of water, waited with me, and never once gave up. Thanks to her skill and kindness, she got the blood drawn successfully. If you want to look good, feel good, and be treated with exceptional care, this is the place to go. Check out their website because they sometimes have great promotions too! Highly recommended! 💛

I loved my experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted professionally and the staff were very friendly. This was my first time here and was recommended from a close friend who has been a long time customer. She spoke very highly of Irina so I thought I’d schedule an appointment. Best decision! She was extremely knowledgeable and really took her time explaining products and answering any questions/concerns I had. What I really liked about her is she cares more about the integrity of your overall appearance than making money by selling you something you don’t need. I had lip filler done and it looks amazing! Very natural and perfect for my face shape. I can’t wait to my next visit! I highly recommend this Medi-spa. 10/10
