Amazing!! The service here is beyond great. I went to have laser hair removal and the experience was nothing but amazing. They explained the process step by step, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Essence Med Spa.

One day, I visited the store with a family member who was a friend of the employees. I was wearing baggy clothes and had a jacket on. While the employee was talking to my family member, she unexpectedly called me handsome and started laughing in front of me. She then asked if I was a guy and giggled, which was clearly not the case. The employee’s behavior was extremely rude and naive. My family member and I were both upset, and we decided not to return to the store ever again.

I have been coming to this spa since 2022. This is absolutely 💯 the best and only spa I would go to. The staff is amazing always treat you respect

For a few years I’ve been on the hunt for a really good Medspa, and I was with this spa for a little while ( I believe the esthetician’s name is Luz, she is a mid aged woman, and I think she’s the manager, but you can tell that she is the most experienced at the spa because she’s great at what she do). However, my last few visits (maybe last 2-3) I wasn’t too pleased. There was a young lady who did my facial for the first time who needed some assistance because she is/was in training, I really didn’t mind at first, but once left alone with her the energy shifted. It seemed as though she was having a difficult time with my skin because she kept sighing, and it made me very uncomfortable. I’ve had a few hydra facials before, but that was the first time I was displeased with the service and result… fast forward to my last visit, I felt as though I was in the bed longer than I should have been, because It seemed as though Luz was juggling a lot by herself that day, and then to add on, the young lady at the front desk made it seem like I was lying when I told her I was promised added credits to my treatment because i originally booked a previous service incorrectly…. Overall my experience apart from the last few were great. - Luz is a very sweet and gentle woman, she’s is very knowledgeable and is very patient and professional. The Spa is clean, quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing.
