Went for a DOT physical and left with nothing. Unprofessional lady at front desk. Was upset with me because I am not from ND and did not understand the building. Charged for service but could not get receipt showing credited refund.

Very pleased with the service, occasionally there may be an instance where I’ve had to wait for the Doctor, but, that happens everywhere.

I have never had a worst clinic experience in my life. The past 3 appointments I have had with Essentia health I have to wait 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I understand things happen but it clearly is shown that this is just how they choose to run their business which is inconsiderate and shows their horrible time management skills. The staff are just rude and show no empathy or compassion for any person who walks in their clinic doors. I did not get a welcome or even a smile from any of the people I interacted with. I work in healthcare and if my manager ever heard we treated patients the way Essentia does she would be firing people left and right because that is down right unacceptable. This place and Essentia as a whole needs to figure it out and do better.

All Employees were very friendly and helpful. The Nurse who took my vitals was very welcoming and cordial. Leslie Worrel was the person who gathered all the information for why I was there and took all the tests and made the diagnosis and prescribed the medication and treatment that made me well again. She did it in a very professional, friendly and reassuring manner which I really appreciate from a Medical Professional. Great job all the way around!!!

I have been going to Dr John Erickstad since 1983 he is an amazing Dr and so are his nurses and the rest of the staff. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door he allows the time I need for my appointments. I also like the fact that if I need to see a specialist he sends me immediately he does not waste time with more appointments trying this or that and for that I am grateful. I have been going to Mid Dakota for many years and have never had a bad experience
