I couldn’t be happier bringing my wife to FINA MedSpa. Every visit has been nothing but positive, and seeing how comfortable and confident she feels after her treatments says everything about the quality of care Dr. Argentina provides. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the view alone makes it feel like a luxury experience every time. What I appreciate most is how attentive and professional Dr. Argentina is with her. She explains everything clearly, listens to exactly what my wife wants, and always finds the right plan to help her look and feel her best. The results have been consistently natural and beautiful — she loves them, and I can honestly see the difference. Dr. Argentina is absolutely the best. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Argentina herself is so sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I have gotten lip filler from her multiple times, and every single time I have walked away genuinely happy with my results. She has an amazing eye, never overdoes it, and really listens to what you want. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes so much pride in her work. I would not trust my face to anyone else and highly recommend her!

Every visit feels welcoming from the moment you arrive — she always offers drinks or sparkling water, and the whole space has a calm, relaxing vibe. The view while you’re getting treated is unreal and genuinely adds to the experience. I’ve had Ultherapy, Botox, and fillers done with her, and my results have been consistently natural, balanced, and exactly what I wanted. She really listens, focuses on what you need, and creates the best plan to help you look your absolute best.
