The clinic is beautiful, clean and Lindsay was also super nice and attentive when I arrived! Looking forward to my future appointments. Highly recommend Firm MD.

I recently visited FirmMD for a consultation with Dr. Ben and a facial with Paige, and I can honestly say I finally found a place where you feel truly taken care of from the moment you walk in. The check-in process was easy, welcoming, and set the tone for a great experience. Dr. Ben was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed. My facial with Paige was wonderful—relaxing, professional, and done with great care. The entire team made the experience feel personal and comfortable. I highly recommend FirmMD.

I had an amazing experience getting the NeoGen Plasma Skin Regeneration treatment at Firm MD in Newport, RI. I was fortunate to win this treatment through Firm MD’s generous donation to the 2025 Lobby Muddy Fest, and I am very grateful for the opportunity. Dr. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms which made the entire process feel so personal and comfortable! I walked away with a way better understanding of my skin’s specific needs and a new skincare routine using Skinbetter products that's been very manageable and a great investment into my skin health. I typically wear minimal makeup and had a simple routine prior, so I really appreciated how realistic and easy this new routine is to maintain! Now that I am about eight weeks out from treatment, my skin, especially my neck, both looks and feels noticeably tighter, and I am very happy with the results. FirmMD is absolutely wonderful—clean, beautiful, and very professional. I’ve had Botox and Hydrafacials here and have always had a great experience. Paige is amazing—she’s so educated, patient, and really helped me feel comfortable when I was new to treatments. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing and care about helping everyone feel confident in their skin. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy.
