My spot for BOTOX & Laser hair removal since moving to Scottsdale from los angeles. I drive 35 minutes just for flawless. The atmosphere and staff vibes are next level. Ali and Dani are the dynamic duo and make the entire trip worthwhile every time. I love seeing my girls. Dani is great at lasers and advanced skin care! Ali is a dream to work with for injectables. She has made me look so much better with injectables that refine my look. She amplifies my looks and doesn't always add. Which I truly appreciate!!

Loved coming here for my Botox!! I’ve been here twice and had an amazing experience both times. Ali did a great job of talking to me and figuring out my specific needs and made sure to cater my injections specifically to my face. In a world with a LOT of pushy injectors, Ali was a breath of fresh air - she is so kind, easygoing, and there was no pressure to get more Botox, filler, or any other services. Scheduling was easy which is always a plus, and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. Loved this experience and will def continue to come back!!

I’ve visited several higher end clinics across the Valley, but this Chandler medspa is in a league of its own. Their newly renovated location is stunning & so fun. It feels modern but also really welcoming, too. I am notoriously nervous about needles and that fake over done 'frozen'look. I specifically wanted a Botox provider like Ali who prioritized safety and facial anatomy instead of just rushing through appointments. When I saw Ali Garzuzi and the level of care was exceptional. I have white Italian olive skin with a lot of Arizona sun damage, so I’m always cautious about how my skin reacts. She did a full facial assessment. She explained exactly how my bone structure and muscles affect my expressions. She even showed me the sterile packaging before starting. As a healthcare professional myself, I deeply appreciated that and noticed it right away. I was worried about the pain, but her technique was virtually painless. They used a high grade numbing agent and Ali had a very gentle hand. I didn’t bruise at all. What impressed me most was her honesty. She actually recommended fewer units of Botox than I asked for because she wanted me to keep natural movement. For the first time, I don’t worry that people can tell I’ve had work done. I just look refreshed. It has been three months and the results are lasting better than anything I’ve had before. Ali followed up with me personally after I left to make sure I was healing well. That really solidified my trust. I am not just paying for a product. I’m investing in expertise and integrity. Booking online was easy and there was zero pressure to buy more services.
