After many years as a client, I’ve decided to move on from Flawless Medspa. I frequently went in for lip filler because the results didn’t last more than two months, and I often ended up with lumps. I assumed this was normal for my lips. Recently, I visited a new medspa for a second opinion. They explained that I have an M shaped lip, which can be more challenging to inject and really requires someone with advanced experience. They also suggested a lip flip instead of more filler and were surprised by how frequently I had been receiving treatments. Most notably, they pointed out that my filler had migrated under my lip something that was never mentioned at Flawless. I want to say that my injector at Flawless has always been very kind, personable, and clearly cares about her clients. I think she’s a great person I just don’t believe she has the specific experience needed to handle an M shaped lip properly. It feels, in retrospect, like the treatments were more routine than customized to my unique anatomy. I appreciate the years I spent there, but I’ve learned how important it is to be with providers who not only care, but also have the expertise to tailor treatments based on individual needs.

Had the most amazing facial today with Rachel! Diamond glow facial was absolutely incredible, my skin has never looked so flawless. Also had botox with Amanda, who was so professional and offered a numbing service to make me more comfortable, even tho I didnt need it. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness tho. Beautiful facility, lots of parking and right off the highway. Highly recommend these two ladies!

Flawless MedSpa is absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough great things about the team, but I want to give special recognition to two individuals who make every visit so exceptional. First, Caitlyn O'Donnell RN – her expertise, kindness, and the care she puts into every treatment are unmatched. I always feel at ease knowing I'm in her hands. She's truly a professional who makes each experience amazing, and my cousin and I are both huge fans of hers! I also want to highlight Peter, who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Peter, you are hands down the most amazing, polite, and respectful associate I’ve ever encountered. The level of care you provide when reaching out to clients and your commitment to meeting their needs is simply outstanding. I distinctly remember my last visit and knew I had to make another appointment, and you immediately came to mind because of your exceptional service. It’s always a pleasure speaking with you. I love Flawless Med Spa!! Amanda is my girl for injections! Not only is she skilled and professional she has a beautiful eye for her job. There is no one else I would trust my injections with. She is meticulous with her work. Also Peter is such a wonderful asset to Flawless. I love starting and ending my visit with his smiling face!
