I decided to treat myself to a self care day and let me tell you, this was by far the best service that I could have picked. The ambiance walking in was extremely clean and welcoming, staff were very friendly and the aroma of essential oils were in the air. The service itself was amazing. I changed into a robe, got on the massager chair and let her work her magic. The singing bowl to begin with was an awesome touch and the head, neck and lymphatic massage was past my expectation. She finished off with a scalp treatment and I can honestly say, my scalp has never felt so clean in my life. All in all, a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience during this head spa session! From the moment I sat down, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was serene with soft lighting and soothing aromas, and the water therapy setup was simply magical — especially the cascading water arch and calming blue glow. 🌊💆‍♀️ My scalp and hair felt deeply cleansed and nourished, and the combination of warm water, gentle massage, and aromatic elements like dried citrus slices and rose petals made it feel like a true luxury treatment. Every detail was thoughtful and healing. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and pampered from head to soul. Highly recommend this if you’re looking to treat yourself or need a peaceful escape. Definitely coming back! 💖✨

Such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. I am new to the area and have tried a few different places and Gangnam Medical Spa has been by far the best. I went in for a lash extension with Meredith and was NOT disappointed, she made me feel so relaxed and was extremely gentle . I’m already planning my next visit.

I've just left Gangnam Spa, and I needed to tell the world how phenomenal this place is. A little background on me: I'm 40 and I've been getting facials since I was 16. I always had problematic skin as a kid, so I tried to get facials as often as my budget allowed. In short, I've had a lot of facials! You guys, this place is the best. I had a wonderful IPL facial with Hannah - she gave an awesome face and shoulder massage on top of a relaxing facial. She had lots of recommendations for me for other issues I talked about. I scheduled my annual birthday facial and massage with her for this place! Check them out, you'll definitely enjoy!
