Absolutely exceptional experience! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my visit to this Medspa. I came in for lip injections, facial injections, and Botox, and the entire experience was truly over the top from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step, made sure I felt completely comfortable, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. My lips look beautifully enhanced—natural, balanced, and exactly what I wanted. The facial injections gave my skin a refreshed, lifted look, and the Botox was done with such precision that everything looks smooth but still totally natural. The provider’s skill and attention to detail are unmatched.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I went in 3 years ago telling dr Heath I was having trouble sleeping and that I was tired all the time. Ended up on TRT. Not once was I told about the side effects of infertility, not once was I told we should try something different. I haven’t even had my blood work done in over a year. Asked him point blank if we should continue with the trt and was told that was the only way he could keep prescribing me other medications I needed for fertility reasons. A doctor should advocate on behalf of their patient and not their wallet. This place doesn’t do that. Couldn’t pay me to ever go back here again or seek his medical advice on anything. Before all of this he was also very inappropriate. Tried to get me to go out drinking with him and pick up girls, and insinuated he wanted to have a threesome. Meanwhile we’re both MARRIED, and that’s not my cup of tea. (Also, I do have the receipts)I should’ve ran then. Stay clear of Dr. heath.

Called on a Monday to see if they are accepting new patients. Yes they are. Great. filled out all the forms and sent them in. got a link to set up online profile. call on Wednesday to set up a visit and they tell me they are not accepting any new insurance patients. Glad I did not get too far with them but now I gave them my information and no way to get that out of the computer. complete bs

I reached out to see if they were accepting new patients. The front desk replied via text and said they were waiting on Wendy (nurse) to confirm, but I never received any follow-up.

I started seeing Dr Ashley in 6 years ago. I was having alot of issues that no other doctor had been able to solve. The first day i met Dr Ashley, she sat with me for probably close to an hour allowing me to explain everything i had going on and had been through. She was not in a hurry to leave the room. She made me feel heard and important. I never have issues getting in when i am sick. Great place, Dr Ashley is the best!
