Does not honor sales and promotions they are running. If you schedule appointment within the sale timeframe as advertised, they will tell you the promotion ended last week, or discounts don’t apply to the service you are getting. I’ve had 2 Dysport treatments with them. First promotion was $50-200 off your service. When I got there, only $20 off was given. Last service was just a couple weeks ago. They were running a promotion for double Aspire reward redemption. I scheduled within the time frame of the promotion, but when I arrived and asked about it, she told me it ended last week (even though I took screen shots of the dates they were promoting and scheduled before the sale ended). I’ve messaged the company privately through Facebook to discuss these issues, but they have failed to acknowledge my request. Be careful having services done here and be prepared to pay extra.

I have been coming here for a few years now. They're always really wonderful to make sure I know what it is I'm getting. They're very knowledgeable and versed on the work they're doing. They always make sure I walk away satisfied. They give you all the new updates and deals, not to mention are always welcoming and accommodating. They're a wonderful place to get any of your needs met!

I have seen Jodie (and her staff) over a few years for a variety of treatments: Dysport, Fibroblast, Facial, Massage, Lash Lift/Tint, and now Sculptra. Jodie is a lot more knowledgeable than tons of medspas I have been to in LA the past 10 years. As a PA-C, she has significantly more education and medical training than the typical a/esthetician or NP, which makes me feel less concerned for potential side effects. She is extremely prompt in answering my questions and pics via text (or can usually squeeze me in for a last minute follow-up!) I very much trust Jodie, and know whatever her treatment will always make me look snatched.

I was really nervous to get dysport for the first time! Jodie is super knowledgeable and walked me through everything. I love my results!

Love coming here. Jodi does miracles with injections for a natural look and Lola gives fantastic facials. The shop is cute and inviting.
