I cannot say enough wonderful things about Habit! I started going here three years ago for Normatec and Cryotherapy, and over time this place has become part of my everyday life. I recently began using their aesthetic services and could not be happier—I only wish I had started them three years ago! What started as recovery sessions turned into much more—a true one-stop shop for all things wellness. The owners, Ashlee & Whitney, are professionally warm, welcoming and make you feel like part of the “Habit family” the moment you walk in the door. Every single staff member (Heather and Victoria are two of my faves) shows deep knowledge and kindness, and they always take the time to explain treatments, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable. They truly make every visit enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you are coming for recovery, aesthetics, or wellness in general—this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!!

So amazing!! I arrived early for my appointment and they took me back since they had the room. I have been suffering from cyclic vomiting caused by Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome, so i got their 'Build Your Own' IV with Zofran, Toradol, and Pepcid and felt results before even leaving! Chandler was so kind, and explained everything to me, and consistently checked on me. All of the employees here clearly care about their patients, and incredible contrast to a lot of places nowadays. His kindness meant a lot to me, I typically struggle with male practitioners but he was so kind and helpful i couldnt even be bothered to think about it. He was very gentle and lighthearted, and very willing to listen! Once my IV was done, I used the call button and was met within five minutes, Victoria came in and finished me up as Chandler was with another patient, and she was just as gentle and caring. I cannot thank you guys enough!! Shoutout Chandler and Victoria :)

Drips is awesome. Trent the owner does a great job explaining the benefits and details of their plans. They have way more than just IV therapy. Great online scheduling systems that are very user friendly. Competitive pricing with awesome monthly specials. The staff is over and above friendly. The facility is always spotless. I would highly recommend this place for IV therapy, Cryotherapy, and Compression therapy. This will help any athlete or just someone wanting to stay in shape or healthy.

I have never left Habit disappointed! I became a member in 2023 for cryotherapy and instantly fell in love with the people and everything about it! I’ve expanded my experience with IM injections and all the aesthetics! Go see them! You won’t regret it!!!

Today was my second time using their Infrared sauna ($35 per non-member visit), and the experience was just as pleasant as the initial visit. This place offers a wide variety of options to obtain optimum health and beauty results. Also, there are specials running each month, so always check to see what’s going on. You might find a good deal on something that interests you!
