I can’t recommend this location enough for tattoo removal! I initially shopped around for quotes and was deciding between this company and Removery in Fairfax, VA. After consultations at both, I was extremely impressed by the personal attention and care this team showed when answering all my questions. Most importantly, they offered a very fair price for removing a fairly large tattoo on my inner forearm. After three sessions here, I can confidently say I made the right choice. My tattoo has faded significantly, and the technicians have been incredibly careful with the laser to avoid excessive blistering. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from this team have made the process so much easier. Highly recommend!

I was a model for laser hair removal a few months ago and saw a promotion for microneedling on instagram so decided to come in! Meis is an amazing esthetician, who genuinely cares about her clients and provides amazing service. I also met the Dr. who was also very lovely and knowledgable. However, from the moment I walked in this visit the receptionist was very hostile, aggressive even. She was very rude when checking me in & made me feel uncomfortable. At the end of the service, she collected my payment and placed my card back on the desk INSTEAD of giving it to me in my hands. I saw a small after care kit next to my card and assumed it was mine since she didn’t speak after taking my money. Well she yelled out EXCUSE ME WHY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOU DIDNT PAY FOR THAT. Mind you it was a small sample size container. I was shocked by the accusation and said I didn’t want it, I just assumed it was mine. She again became aggressive accusing me of trying to steal yet again. Changed my review to 1 star because now I’m being called a liar, too. To add insult to injury, not only was I wrongfully accused, but I also feel completely taken advantage of. I’ve had microneedling done multiple times before, and this was the least effective treatment I’ve received. My skin barely looked treated afterward, which was confirmed by another med spa that evaluated my skin and agreed the job could have been done much better. It feels like because I paid the promo price, I didn’t deserve a thorough treatment or even an aftercare kit — which, by the way, is standard practice after an invasive procedure. Overall, I’d rather pay full price elsewhere and be treated with honesty, respect, and proper care than go through this experience.

This is the only place I was able to find in Northern Virginia that could provide laser tattoo removal for permanent eyeliner! They provided different options for pricing which was appreciated. After a thorough consultation I knew this place was the right way to go. I’m 5 services in with a lot of progress thankfully. The service providers are all very kind and polite.

I have been a client of Healthydermis since May 2025. Not only have I experienced good results, but I am very impressed with the facility and staff. Mabir, the CEO and educator is professional, well informed, compassionate and spent as much time to fully answer all my questions concerns. Her staff is well educated and gives the highest level of care. As well, all products are natural and non- invasive. I started my laser hair removal process feeling confident and worry free. The facility is spotless and welcoming. The equipment is state of the art. I’m so glad I chose Healthydermis.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Feels Like a Scam I scheduled a microneedling treatment at HealthyDermis Spa after seeing their $130 promotion. When I arrived, the door was locked, and I waited about 15 minutes in the hallway before anyone let me in. Once inside, the aesthetician spent around 20 minutes talking about her business and the products she uses basically a sales pitch. then briefly looked at my skin for about 30 seconds before telling me that microneedling wasn’t suitable for me and recommending an $800 laser treatment instead. I respect a professional opinion but a consultation consists of asking the patient their concerns , what treatments or products they are currently using , goals. thorough examination of the skin . None of this was done . In total, I was there for about an hour, received no treatment, and later came home to find a $250 charge sent to me . I then had to spend additional time sorting out a mix-up in their patient profiles. Despite the circumstances, they refused to refund my $20 deposit, even though I never received any service. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and felt misleading. Poor customer service and lack of transparency — I would not recommend this place.
