I have known Heidi since 2015 when she was at her Rockland office. She is professional and friendly. I like how she has explained to me what products she is using, as she is giving me a facial and wax. I left the state for a few years and as soon as I knew we were moving back to ME, I immediately contacted her. I am happy to know that Heidi is in Westbrook. Easy to get to along with parking. Thank you Heidi! I’m so happy that we can work together again!

I came across Heidi's business advertised on Facebook & I was very curious. I had never heard of the treatment cryotherapy & had questions. She reached out to me in a timely manor & explained (in a way I could understand) how the treatment worked, also ways to prepare for it & what to expect. She helped me feel confident with my decision to try it. As soon as I got to her shop I noticed how clean & well put together her space was, along with her friendly demeanor this had me feeling welcomed & comfortable right away. It relaxed me & I was truly able to enjoy this experience from the beginning until the end. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does, I would highly recommend Heidi's services & I already have!

I have been a client of Heidi Phifer Skin Lash Brow for years and give her my highest recommendation. Simply stated, once you have been on her table you never want to see anyone else. Yes, her techniques, technologies, and products are the best available, but her integrity and ability to assess your needs separate her from the pack. I can walk in and put my skin and wellness in her hands. I trust that she will assess and guide me, not based on her financial gain, but on the needs of my skin and my health. My needs aren't simple--I have rosacea, psoriasis, and other health concerns, but being with Heidi feels like a safe warm hug. 10 out of 10 she's the best. Go see her! You'll love your skin and how you feel overall.

Heidi is more than an esthetician. She’s so amazing at her work but she’s also an amazing listener and supporter. She’s so encouraging and I always feel so empowered after every facial!!! In just a few months my face has cleared up more than ever before. I’m so grateful for Heidi and her amazing Westbrook location and highly recommend!! 🤗🫶🏻

I've been going to Heidi for years, but recently went to her new spot in Westbrook. It is gorgeous! Heidi prioritizes her clients' needs; even ensuring there is a parking spot waiting for you! I had the Lamprobe service done and she is efficient and took time to understand my priorities. I'm always pleased with her services and she has a great product line in house, as well! Thanks, Heidi! Can't wait to come back!
