AMAZING!!!! I saw Karlyn for the Graston for my tight neck and shoulders and it was Awesome!!! She combined a strong hands on massage with the use of the tools and I feel like a new person!!! Plus she is kind and does a great job checking in on the pressure and comfort level during the massage. Go here for sure!!

Peaceful and healthful visits with Tiffany every month! My first visit was a gift and I fully expected to just enjoy the experience and get on with my world. After quite a few years now, my time at Helens Haven is indispensable. Highly recommend!

My husband first sought acupuncture services for a skiing accident that left his back stiff and painful. He was very happy with the results and was back to normal after a few visits. Later I sought services after having recovered from both feet being fractured that had healed but my right hip started locking up due to my altered pattern of walking. Tiffany has not only the right personality to make you feel comfortable but is extremely good at applying the right message technique to the exact place needed.
