I got injections in my under eyes and one of my eyes was over filled while the other one was under filled now leaving a very drastic and obvious difference between each of my eyes. The one that was under filled has severe bruising and hurt significantly when he was injecting vs the over filled side which didn’t hurt at all which makes me wonder if it the one not showing results was even done correctly since it’s still purple 3 days later. I am hoping that since it’s a natural filler from my body the other side will hopefully get mostly absorbed to match the side that doesn’t look to be injected at all, but its extremely disappointing due to the amount of money you pay to get it done to not have results. It’s an expensive treatment already but to only have it half done with one eye showing blatantly filled vs one eye not is absolutely not worth it. If the regenerative cells do not even out or improve over a couple months am I just going to have to live with one being filled vs one not because of an inadequate injection? I’m not sure why one would have more then the other as the doctor assured me that there would be more then enough gel and even asked if there were additional areas I would like injected before the treatment started. What was strange is that after he was done, he said a few things then left. I wasn’t given a chance to look in the mirror and asked if I was satisfied or happy with the results I could see at that time, even though my eyes were noticeably not the same before I even left the building. This was my first time ever getting anything done and all of them knew that so why not make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment? Last concern is that I was only given a few verbal after care instructions. I feel like you should at least send a text or email for more in depth aftercare because not everyone can remember or is thinking straight while in a moment like that and not everything was discussed as a brand new patient. I have been having to google most of my aftercare. Overall everyone was friendly while talking to you, but clearly there’s no consistency on treatment especially when going eye to eye. A conversation should have been had with me about how I felt regarding the treatment and how it looked before the doctor left the room and the nurse took me out because I would have said that my eyes don’t match and would have asked for more to be filled on the uneven side.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff was very pleasant and greeted me immediately. The reception and waiting area was beautifully appointed without being excessively luxurious. I only waited a minute at most to be called back to the treatment area. Amy was exceptional as a provider taking time to really listen to my concerns and shared her thoughts honestly. I have had previous treatments at several other places over the course of many years and I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. I honestly felt this was the best aesthetic care I have ever received. Pricing seemed competitive to the Honolulu market and lower than my previous provider. I just realized I haven't written a review for Leilani yet, but she is excellent! I've been getting Botox from her for years with amazing results. I sadly had to move off island, and let me tell you, no one I've found in CA compares to her! I really appreciate her attention to detail, her deep knowledge of her craft, and awesome bedside manner. You can tell she cares a lot about your experience and she does everything she can to keep you comfortable during your appointment—lots of times I wouldn't even feel the injections because of her icing technique. Highly recommend Leilani!

Honolulu medspa is not only a beautiful and comfortable environment, the staff there are all so accommodating and friendly. Leilani who did my treatments was highly professional and knowledgeable. She’s accommodating and genuinely caring of your needs. I so appreciate her!

OMGEEEEE, I am so lucky to have landed in Amy’s hands! I went in for lip injections and, well, let me tell you that I am 100% satisfied with the whole experience and everybody who works there is amazingly pleasant! Amy is very good at what she does and she’s just a little sweetie. I can’t say enough about what she has done for my confidence in my appearance and for that I am beyond thankful!
